🍷🌿 Arrivederci, Alessio.
He came from Tuscany. He saw our kitchen. And yes — he argued. Loudly. Passionately. In the way only a true Italian chef can when he cares deeply about what lands on your plate. 😄
But when the dust settled and the pans stopped flying — he delivered. A magnificent, soul-driven menu that brought the authentic flavors of Tuscany to the heart of Puerto Rico. Hand-rolled pastas, slow-braised perfection, ingredients treated with the kind of respect only a Tuscan would demand — and we are forever better for it.
Now it’s time to say goodbye — and we want to do it the right way.
