Throwback to cooking outside in Valle Sagrado Perú, which was one the most epic experiences in my lifetime!! Huge thanks to everyone that stopped by last week and made reopening amazing. We had to make some adjustments to our menu today. And I'm thankful for an amazing start back in the kitchen! 💚 Inspired on my trip to Perú we have a Pork Belly Sando. I cured it in Inka salt, then slow cooked in chicken broth with 5 spice and then deep fried! Served of course with our homemade bread, Peruvian salsa criolla, Ají Amarillo aioli and pickle red onions. And there is the green salad with our vinaigrette and french fries to go with it 😅. Dine in or take out 🌺💚 Limited quantities

It's been 25 months since we started Kau Kau. It's been amazing roller coaster ride full of every emotion posible. Today is officially our first day of vacation and we are taking this time to travel, rest learn and most importantly spend time with the kiddos. Thank you all that made this season a success!! See you all July 28th!💚🌺
