NIHARI is the most deary and conventional food and can be tagged as the National dish of Pakistan. The dish was developed with overall cuisine of South Asia in the late eighteenth century during the final years of the Mughal Era. The dish is used to be eaten early in the morning so was named as NIHARI. In Karachi, thousands of NIHARI-lovers consume this spicy and scrummy dish everyday at dozens of

outlets, but regrettably, the way it is cooked is not hygienic and the basic ingredients (Beef and Oil) being used in NIHARI are substandard quality and sometimes poses peril to human health. Noonsey Nihari is now presenting this traditional and all-time preferred food in different modes with wholly lean beef and high-quality low-cholesterol cooking oil through perfect hygienic process of cooking. NIHARI is a healthy food until you eat it with Brain (Maghaz) and Bone Marrow (Nalli) which are optional ingredients - those can be added/ supplied on eaters/ clients' demand. One can have Maghaz and Nalli NIHARI once in a while for the change of taste.
