Got the opportunity to meet one of the Türkiye’s famous chef Ibrahim Dinç at his training kitchen Mutfak Kitap. He had just finished a training session. Where I talked to him about the amazing work he was doing and about our little Bake My Day initiative. He offered me lots of things to try which were made during that session. Photographed for you all these goodies in the Istanbul series plates I bought a day before. Istanbul is full of surprises and my enduring love affair with this city keeps getting intense. 🥰
