ROYAL ICING COOKIES

Ingredients for cookie dough:
Butter- 85 gm
Caster sugar- 75 gm
Egg- ½
Vanilla powder- a pinch
Baking powder- ¼ tsp
Flour- 140 gm
Salt- ¼ tsp

Ingredients For Icing:
Egg whites- 3
Icing sugar- 450 gm
Vanilla essence- ½ tsp

Method:
Whisk together butter and caster sugar. Add in egg and whisk well. Add in vanilla powder, baking powder, flour and salt. Fold it properly.....

This easy ''Pasta Carbonara'' comes together in about 30 minutes and is the perfect weeknight dinner.

Calories- 463
Fat- 22 gm
Carbs- 45 gm
Protein- 21 gm

Ingredients:
• Spaghetti- 1 packet
• Eggs- 2 to 3
• Cheddar cheese- 1 cup
• Beef steak cut with fat or chicken strip- 250 gm
• Flour- 1 cup
• Coriander or chives
• Salt- 1tbsp
• Pepper- 2 tsp
• Chilli flakes- 2tsp
• Mixed herbs- 1tsp

Method:
Cook pasta and save pasta water aside
Coat beef/chicken into flour and fry till crispy.
In a bowl beat eggs with cheese and spices.
Add spaghetti to pan when the beef mix is on normal temperature add egg mix and whisk till creamy texture add little pasta water if needed on lower flame.

Top with herbs
Serve.....

Calories- 500
Fat- 5g
Carbs- 26 gm
Protein- 13.6 gm

Ingredients:
Potatoes- 5 sliced
Chicken Boneless- 200 gm sliced
Oil- as required

For Chicken:
Salt- 1 tbsp
Black pepper - 1tbsp
Onion- ½ cup
Capsicum- ½ cup
Pizza sauce- 2tbsp

For Potatoes:
Salt - 1tsp
Black pepper- 1tsp

Other ingredients:
Cheese cheddar mozzarella mix cup
Olives- 1 cup
Flour- 1 cup
Eggs- 3
Bread crumbs- 1 cup

Topping:
Olives- as required
Pizza sauce- as required
Cheese mozzarella- as required

Method:
Boil potatoes and chicken separately.
Mash potatoes add salt and pepper. Set aside
Add oil to pan add boiled shredded chicken, salt, pepper, onion, capsicum and pizza sauce. Set aside.
Make a potatoes ball add fillings chicken, cheese and olive. Coat with flour then eggs then bread crumbs and fry till golden. Top it with cheese sauce and olives give a nice color and serve.

Ingredients For Chat Mix:
Chickpeas- 1 cup
Boiled potatoes- ½ cup
Black beans- ½ cup
Sweet corns- ½ cup
Onions(chopped)- ¼ cup
Tomatoes (chopped)- ¼ cup
Bell pepper (chopped)- ¼ cup
Lemon juice- 1 to 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves- 2 to 3 tbsp
Green chillies (chopped)- as required
Paprika powder- 1tsp
Chaat masala- ½ tsp
Salt- as required

Green Chutney:
Coriander leaves- 1bunch
Green chillies- 3 to 4
Garlic- 3 cloves
Mint leaves- 1 bunch
Cumin seeds- 1tsp
Salt- ¼ tsp
Tomatoes with juice- 2 to 3 cup
Fresh coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Chopped onion- 1/4 cup
Garlic (minced)- 1 clove
Jalapeno- 2 to 3 tbsp
Ground cumin- 1/4 teaspoon
Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar- 1/4 teaspoon
Lime- 1/2 whole juiced
Hot sauce- 1 tbsp

Sour Cream Dip:
Yogurt- ½ cup
Sour cream- ¼ cup
All spice- to sprinkle

Method:
Mix the chaat Ingredients
Blend both the chutney.
Mix the sour cream
Fry tortillas shaped in triangle.

''RAINBOW RICE'' Recipe

Ingredients:
Basmati rice- ½ kg
Green chutney- 1 cup
Mince- ½ kg
Tomato ketchup- 1 cup
Salt- ½ tsp
Whole black pepper- 1 tsp
Red chili powder- ½ tsp
Butter- 2 tbsp
Green chili, coriander- as needed
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Method:
Heat oil and add mince, red chili, salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper and cook. Divide the rice into three, add green chutney in one, tomato ketchup in the other and in the third add the mince. In a pan add butter and grease it, first add the mince mix layer, then tomato ketchup mix layer, then lastly the green chutney layer. Press with your hands and bake in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes. Add green chili, coriander and serve.

This 'Opera Cake' is a sophisticated and elegant dessert recipe that is deceptively easy to make!

Ingredients For The Almond Sponge:
Almond flour- 140 gm
Fine flour- 30 gm
Icing sugar - 140 gm
Eggs- 5
Egg white - 5
Salt - ¼ tsp
Sugar- 30 gm
Oil- 30 gm

Pan size 13x9 2 pans baking temp 160c.
Baking time 15 to 17 minutes.

For The Coffee Syrup For Cake Soaking:
Water - 160 ml
Sugar - 100 gm
Coffee- 6 gm

For The Chocolate Ganache For Layering:
Chocolate- 160 gm
Whippy whip cream- 160 gm

For The Coffee Butter Cream For Layering:
Egg yolks- 5
Sugar- 150 gm
Water- 45ml
Coffee- 4 gm

Chocolate Marble Poke cake Without Oven - A dream come true for chocolate lovers!!

Ingredients:
Flour- 60 g
Egg - 2 units
Sugar- 80 g
Butter- 45 g
Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda- 1 tsp
Milk- 75 ml
Cocoa Powder- 15 g
Instant Coffee- 1 tsp
Salt- a Pinch
Condensed Milk Syrup- as required
Condensed Milk- 5-7 tbsp
Milk- 150 ml
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Butter and flour a heavy bottom pan and set aside
2. Combine all the dry ingredients except cocoa powder and instant coffee and set aside
3. Melt butter and add all the wet ingredients and mix
4. Now fold dry ingredients into wet, do not over mix
5. Divide the batter in two and mix in cocoa powder and instant coffee, first dilute in a tbsp of water
6. Pour vanilla batter in your pan and swirl in chocolate batter, not more than 1/2 inch
7. Place it on a tawa and place the lid on top
8. Cook for 15 mins our until skewer comes out clean
9. Repeat the process with remaining batter
10. Combined condensed milk and milk together, transfer cooked cake in a deep serving dish, poke holes in the cooked cake layer and add the syrup
11. Let it sit in the chiller for 4 hrs. Serve chilled with whipped cream
