Established in 1999, Kape Zambo is one of Zamboanga City’s longest running homestyle and homegrown restaurants. Through our 20-year history of bringing the joy and comfort of homestyle cuisines to the Zamboangueño people, our name became synonymous to two dishes that has become a staple to every Zamboangueños merienda (afternoon snack) o almuerso (breakfast): the famous Arroz Caldo and Fresh Lumpi
