🧪 EXPERIMENT NO. 005: What happens when 5 siblings start a band?

You get...the5ofus 🎸🎤🥁🎹🎸

And because every major experiment deserves a proper celebration, we made them a cake. 🎂

A little music. A little sibling chaos. A LOT of personality.

Here’s to the5ofus’ first chapter — may the riffs be loud, the harmonies be good, and hopefully making it through sibling rehearsals. 😂

Got a milestone worth turning into a cake experiment?
Send us your idea. We’ll make it happen! 🧪🎂

Some things just need a little time, patience, and a lot of buttercream. 🤍🎂

A cake doesn’t always start out looking like the picture in your head.

Sometimes it’s messy.
A little uneven.

But you keep going.

You smooth things out.
Fix the little imperfections.
Add another layer.
And slowly, it starts becoming something beautiful.

Maybe life is a little like that too.

Especially when you’re entering a new chapter—
you don’t always know exactly how everything will turn out.

But there’s something hopeful about starting anyway. ✨

That’s the Buttercream Effect.
The messy beginning doesn’t get to decide how beautiful the final thing will be.

Today’s cake was for a very special milestone—an 18th birthday. ✨

We kept the design soft and timeless, with delicate details and a quiet kind of elegance. Nothing too loud, just enough to make the cake feel special for the occasion.

There’s something lovely about making cakes for moments like this—when one chapter ends and another begins. 🎂🤍

Here’s to 18, and all the beautiful things ahead.

This anniversary cake traveled a little differently—not by plane, but through a thoughtful order made from over 8,000+ km away.

The cake was ordered by someone from overseas, who wanted to send a little something special for their milestone.

From the warm message to choosing the design, finalizing the details, and coordinating the order here in Manila, we were happy to take care of the cake from our little corner of the world. 🎂✨

Because sometimes, being far away just means finding another way to show you care.

Happy 3rd anniversary! 🤍 Here’s to love that travels any distance.

Planning a surprise or celebration back home while you’re overseas? Send us a message—we’ll help you bring the cake part together. ✨

Today’s little cake journal

No trending audio, just the sound of cake decorating and rain 😊

A slow afternoon in the kitchen—spreading buttercream, fixing little details, and letting the day take its time.

If you’re out and about today, keep safe and keep dry. ☔️

Rainy days always make the kitchen feel a little...quieter.

The kind of day where all you hear is the rain outside, the hum of the mixer, and the tiny strokes of a paintbrush bringing a cake to life.

No shortcuts. No printed patterns. Just buttercream, a paintbrush, and steady hands (well, kind of. haha)

Every tiny brushstroke, every vintage detail was painted by hand-- one layer at a time. It's the kind of process that takes longer than most people realize, but it's also the part I enjoy the most. It takes patience, but there's something comforting about slowing down and letting the process unfold.

Sometimes I think the quiet hours spent adding the smallest details are what make a cake feel less like dessert and more like a keepsake.

Maybe that's why handmade things feel different. They carry the time, the care, and the quiet moments poured into them.

A little Snoopy to brighten a gray day. ☁️🤍

Stay warm, and don't forget to find a little joy in the little details today!

Ivy

POV: a VTuber's avatar in cake form 🩷

I love moments like this because every custom cake gives me a glimpse into someone else's world. Sometimes it's a favorite game. Sometimes it's an anime. This time, it was a virtual creator in her digital space.

That's what makes custom cakes special—they're more than dessert. They're a way of bringing the things you love into real life, even if they started on a screen

🎮 What game, VTuber, or fandom should I turn into cake next?

💌 Custom cake commissions are open. If you have an idea, let's make it edible! 😊
