Hong Shao Rou, aka “Chinese Braised Pork”
Traditionally uses a pork belly but i find it too fatty i don’t want y’all clogging them arteries😜
I used a balanced ratio of lean meat with fat just enough so you can taste both of it. Perfect ratio, what more can you ask for🥵
Succulent, umami, braised in Chinese real herbs and spices drizzled in the sweet, savory dark sauce🤯
Garnished with roasted scallion oil for that nutty smelling goodness😎
