Casa Bulaqueña is pleased to announce that, for the first time, our complete and uncompromised menu will be offered in its entirety beginning Thursday, 27 November 2025.

From the slow-simmered depth of our K*K (Kare-Kare ni Kaka) and the resolute crispness of the Crispy Pata ng Norzagaray to the restorative clarity of the Sinigang na Ulang sa Sampalok and the quiet fire of Arroz Valenciana a la Santa Maria, every signature dish—together with the full complement of Filipino cocktails, native drinks and dessert classics—will now be available without exception, six days a week.

We open our doors at nine each morning and receive guests until nine in the evening. Reservations, though never required, are gracefully accepted.

We look forward to the pleasure of your company.

Patron: What inspired you to establish Casa Bulaqueña, and how does it aim to showcase Bulacan’s culinary heritage in a region already renowned for Pampanga’s vibrant destination restaurants?

Casa Bulaqueña Owner: As a proud son of Bulacan, I’ve always cherished the rich, heartfelt flavors of our province’s country cooking—simple, comforting, and deeply rooted in tradition. Pampanga has long been celebrated for its vibrant destination restaurants, showcasing the brilliance of Kapampangan cuisine. But I found myself asking, why don’t we have something like that in Bulacan? Why isn’t there a place that honors the wholesome, unpretentious goodness of Bulacan’s culinary heritage? That question sparked a dream, and Casa Bulaqueña was born—a love letter to my beloved Bulacan. Our restaurant is dedicated to celebrating the simplicity and authenticity of Bulacan’s country cooking, bringing the warmth of our province’s flavors to every table, and sharing the heart and soul of our home with every guest.
