🍴 Day 2 of 500 | Building 8 Forks, One Dish at a Time

Today’s stars are two of my all-time favorites—Tuna Pesto and my Charlie Chan-inspired pasta. 💚🍝

These dishes have quietly found their way to corporate gatherings and office orders over the years. Seeing people come back for second servings and hearing how much they enjoyed them has always been one of the most rewarding parts of cooking.

It all started during the pandemic. I eventually paused for almost three years, but now I’m back—with a bigger purpose and a bigger dream: to serve not just individuals, but celebrations, gatherings, and special events.

Every recipe I make reminds me that this dream is worth pursuing.

So here I am again—testing, refining, plating, and creating, one dish at a time.
