*********SERVICE AGREEMENT********
1. LECHON:
Lechon sponsored by the couple must be communicated ahead to the caterer to allow for proper handling preparation and service arrangements.
The caterer will provide a lechon tray along with garnishes (lettuce, apple/lemon, etc.). A chopping service fee of ₱500.00 will be charged to cover overhead costs, grease residue disposal, including dedicated chopper/server.
2. FAMILY SPONSORED DISH(ES):
We kindly ask that any food provided by family members NOT be placed on the main catering table. This helps our servers ensure all food is served properly, safely and timely with uniform service standards. A separate area will be designated for family-sponsored items.
3. ADD-ON MENU:
Should the couple or celebrant choose to add an extra menu item, the cost will range from ₱3,500 to ₱4,500, depending on the selected dish. This can accommodate up to 120 estimated guests.
4. AFTER PARTY EVENTS / CHILL SESSION:
An additional fee of ₱3,000 will be charged for after-party events featuring a live band or disco setup. This amount covers the following:
√√ Overtime compensation for standby crew and staff.
√√ Facilitate in the distribution of alcoholic beverages (hard drinks and beer), requiring extended service from the caterer.
√√ Purified water, Ice cubes, coolers, and ice buckets will be provided by the caterer.
5. DOWN PAYMENT:
To secure your catering booking, a deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required 2-weeks prior to the event date. The remaining 50% is to be settled in full immediately following the event. This policy ensures proper scheduling, preparation, and service delivery. The caterer reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the booking in the event of non-payment of the security deposit.
6. GUEST COUNT and OVERBOOKING
The final guaranteed guest count must be communicated to the caterer at least 5 days prior to the event. Caterer will prepare food and service based on this confirmed count.
To accommodate unexpected guests and unaccounted suppliers, we allow a buffer of up to 15 pax over the guaranteed count (free of charge). Any additional guests beyond this buffer will be considered overbooked and subject to additional charges at a discounted rate of 200.00 per-person.
Charges for overbooked guests will be added to the final invoice following the event. If the number of additional guests exceeds our on-site capacity, service may be impacted, and the caterer is not liable for unserved guests beyond our confirmed agreement.
