We sincerely apologize to everyone who experienced mushy ramen noodles during their recent visit, as well as to those who had to wait longer than usual for their orders due to the high volume of pending orders. 🙏🏼

Over the past few days, we received several feedback regarding the texture of our noodles. After reviewing the issue, we found that a newly delivered batch of ramen noodles did not meet the quality standards that we aim to serve. We take full responsibility for this and deeply regret the disappointment and inconvenience it caused.

We also understand that many of you experienced delays in receiving your food because of the overwhelming number of orders. We know that your time is valuable, and we are truly sorry for keeping you waiting.

We have already taken corrective measures to address both concerns and are committed to ensuring a better dining experience moving forward.
