Chelsea, whom her friends fondly calls her, started baking in 2014 as a hobby. Aside from her little background in basic culinary and baking; Youtube and Pinterest were her training ground. Chelsea Bakes is a passion project which eventually became a micro home-based business when it was officially launched on June 30, 2020. It took her 6 years to finally have the courage to share her home-baked g
oods to everyone. She started by selling banana bread and chocolate cake until she expands her menu with different cake flavors, breads and desserts. From Quezon, Chelsea Bakes’ cakes and desserts reached places such as Bulacan, Taguig, Cavite, Batangas, Alabang and many more. Some of her regular customers even brought Chelsea Bakes' goodies as far as Australia and Qatar. Over the years, Chelsea Bakes develop existing products and innovate new ones to adapt to the trends and to provide services to their clients. In 2023, they offered grazing and dessert packages to cater various events such as weddings, birthdays and christening. They also incorporate off-the-menu products on the monthly pre-order for clients to have various options. Chelsea Bakes always aim to produce high-quality baked products at an affordable price and provide services with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. Chelsea continue to improve her skills through workshops and classes.
