Our team has officially decided to set our opening hours at 1:00 PM. ⏰

As you may know, all of our products are prepared using raw and fresh ingredients — never processed. Our team carefully handles everything daily, from chopping, deboning, and slicing to preparing our seven house-made sauces. Deboning alone takes several hours, and we process around 50-70kg of chicken each day, which makes it impossible for us to open earlier.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding. While we would love to serve lunch, the time required to prepare our ingredients and maintain our quality standards makes early operations unfeasible.
