Sourdough is a type of bread made using a natural starter — a mixture of flour and water na naturally fermented. Unlike regular bread, sourdough relies on this natural fermentation process to make the dough rise. Kaya may signature slightly tangy flavor, chewy texture, at crunchy crust. 😋
