Happy birthday to our Barista, Joffert!!!
Coffeetivityโs senior barista, opening-shift warrior, and one of the few people who can look calm even when the cafรฉ is secretly fighting for its life behind the counter.
From coffee rushes, low stocks, sudden problems, random customer requests, and the usual โunsa gani ni?โ moments, Joff has been one of the steady people in the cafรฉ. He is not the loudest person in the room, but his presence is felt because he knows the work, understands the flow, and carries a lot more than he probably says out loud.
Working with Joff makes you realize that skill is not just about making drinks well. It is also about patience, consistency, humor, and being someone the team can depend on when things get busy or messy. He has been part of Coffeetivity for years, and that kind of loyalty and familiarity with the cafรฉ is not something you can easily replace.
So today, we celebrate not just another birthday, but a person who has helped keep the cafรฉ running, one drink at a time.
