Just another little Cebu discovery. 📍

Spontaneous Monday.

Went to roadside pickleball court in Cordova (for free?), played for a while, found some new friends, then grabbed some street food after.

We ended the night at Roro for dinner. 🤍

But honestly, my favorite part was seeing families, kids, and couples outside playing, laughing, and spending time together instead of being glued to their phones.

Sometimes, the best Mondays are the unplanned ones.

Feels like in the 90s kanang ang mga tao gaduwa sa gawas 🫶🏻 Makalipay tan-awon! Salamat kung kinsa man ang naka idea ani!

Sometimes, the classroom is a café.😍✨

From time to time, we change classrooms, not because learning has to happen somewhere different, but because a change of scenery can refresh the mind and bring new joy to our lessons.

One of the things I love about the Charlotte Mason approach is that learning isn’t confined to a desk or four walls. We make room for real life, living books, conversation, observation, and experiences.

Sometimes Andrew or I have an errand to run, so we bring school with us. Other times, we simply need a little change of scenery. And that’s okay. 🤎

Homeschooling gives us the freedom to make learning fit into our family’s rhythm

not the other way around.✨💪🏻❤️ THANK YOU LORD, JESUS CHRIST!!!!

A little playtime for Siffy, and a little slow-down time for me while waiting for Andrew. 🤍

Siffy had the best time at Smallville Playground Cafe at Vibo Place, Cebu City! While she played and enjoyed herself, I finally got the chance to slow down, sit for a while, and work through some important things.

And the sweetest part? They gave Siffy a
balloon and a little dino toy before we left.

If you’re looking for a little play-and-café stop in Cebu, Smallville Playground Cafe at Vibo Place is definitely one to add to your list(this is our 5th time being here). A fun little spot for the kids while Mama gets a moment to slow down, too. ✨5stars para sa ilang service!👌❤️🔥💪🏻
