Undo and his wife started craving for Lechon, which is one of the most popular Philippine food and it has been a food trademark of occasions in the Philippines. They explored different places in Dubai to buy Lechon. Luckily, they found a hotel that packs Asian food and pork. That’s when Undo started cooking Lechon Belly. There are trials and errors along the way and he tried different recipe of his own to get the taste that he wanted, and after countless of trials and experiments, Undo perfectly created his own Lechon Belly recipe. We decided to go back and settle down in the Philippines as we were also expecting a baby at that time. After planning and thinking thoroughly, the couple introduced their own version of Lechon Belly and started selling it. They are happy as they received positive feedback from their customers.
