Flew all the way from Davao to Manila for Chef Jackie Florendo’s 3-day Advanced Kiddie Workshop, and every single moment was an absolute dream come true!
Having always been in awe of her cakes on Instagram, it was an absolute honor to learn directly from an award-winning, international Filipino cake artist who is a true icon in the baking industry.
To Chef Jackie and team (especially to ma'am Lin na murag sya ang pinaka busy sa all 😅), thank you so much for your warmth and generosity, and for teaching us real art, structure, and technique.
