FARMERY wants you: honest, hardworking, meticulous cashiers to join one of the country's pioneers in the healthy food industry.

• Operate cash machines and POS to calculate customers’ bills
• Check pax count and bills to see if the correct amount has been displayed and print them out
• Answer customers’ questions regarding billed items
• Record totaled amounts, including expenses in logbooks, database
• Inform customers about available modes of payments
• Take cash payments in exchange of services rendered
• Process credit and debit card payments and ensure that customers sign receipts
• Assist cooks during rush hours by packing take-outs and leftovers
• Keep track of inventory and ensure that restaurant supplies are ordered on time
• Count cash in the cash register at the end of each shift and ensure that it tallies
• Make sure correct sales are deposited to the bank
• Ascertain that there is sufficient change available at the beginning of each day

FARMERY is looking for honest, responsible, hardworking, reliable BOH/Cooks who will be responsible for preparing healthy, delicious dishes for our guests. Duties will include inventory management, receiving of deliveries, meal prep including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, FIFO compliance, and plating the dishes. You will also be in charge of making sure that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Restaurant Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare awesome meals for our customers.
Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Check food and ingredients for freshness.
Arrange and garnish dishes.
Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
Help lead and inspire our kitchen staff with the restaurant manager.
Wow our guests with amazing dishes.

Restaurant Cook Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Culinary school 2-4 year degree or foreign equivalency preferred.
Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
