Had a lil time to spare earlier and thought it would be best to experiment on making brownies. Made a small batch just to test my recipe and whaddya know, everything turned out super good. Crispy edges with ooey gooey center, made of 3 different kinds of chocolate. Bonus: I tried filling some with nutella and it was bomb! Thinking of adding this to my menu.

Since today is Mother’s Day, it is only fitting to finally launch the video featuring my “baby,” Mrs. Bottle’s Cookies and Sweets… and the product that started this all - My Burnt Basque Cheesecake!

Sending my heartfelt gratitude to Brando Barrameda - the man behind Jeproks, for the video collab! I was hesitant at first because I really do not like being in front of the camera but you guys made the whole process not only easy but fun as well. Baking Tip #1: Rest your dough/batter for at least 20-30 mins to give it a chance to hydrate and firm up before putting it in the oven.
