Our Story

Whip Eat was born during the uncertainty of the pandemic—built from a single burner, a humble wok, and a deep respect for the craft of Pansit. What began as a small home kitchen, serving only a few orders a day, grew through quiet perseverance and an unwavering commitment to quality.

In those early days, every bowl was prepared, packed, and delivered by hand—by Chef Cyronn, alongside his wife and his mother Patxi—bringing each dish directly from their kitchen to the community.

While the foundation was shaped by Patxi’s Pansit Malabon, every dish at Whip Eat today is crafted in-house—developed, refined, and reimagined through Chef Cyronn’s approach to flavor, technique, and creativity.

From a garden kitchen to the space it now calls home, Whip Eat has evolved with intention—guided by the belief that even the simplest dishes can be elevated through care, precision, and innovation.
