I’m Back in the Kitchen ❤️
Thank you Lord🙏
After a two-year hiatus following my brain aneurysm, I’ve finally found my way back to the place that has always felt like home — my kitchen.
The journey hasn’t been easy. There were moments when I wasn’t sure if I could return to doing what I love most. Just the thought of stepping back in and creating again felt overwhelming.
Recently, I had the chance to taste every dish being served in my restaurant — recipes I once created and shared with all of you. And in that moment, something hit me. I had tasted everything on the menu… and it reminded me of who I was before everything changed.
I’m still in the process of recovery, but one thing hasn’t changed — my taste. My passion. My love for food.
So I challenged myself: to cook it all again.
I thought it would be difficult. But as I stood there, cooking, tasting, creating… I realized — I still got it. And not only that, I’ve even found ways to improve.
Over the past few days, I’ve been back, working alongside my team, supervising, making changes, refining flavors. I’m incredibly grateful to my staff for their consistency, dedication, and for keeping everything going while I was away.
Now that I’m back, I want to give even more of myself — to create better, more meaningful, and more delicious experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.
Thank you for your patience, your support, and for being part of this journey with me. This is just the beginning of a new chapter.
I’m back… and I’m cooking with heart more than ever. 🍽️❤️
