Hindi porke’t simple ang design, ordinary na.
At hindi porke’t konti ang decoration, konti na rin ang value.
LOOK BEYOND THE OUTSIDE.
FIRST - THE CAKE.
My very own French Vanilla Angel Cake.
Years of perfecting the texture, flavor, softness, and mouthfeel. I know exactly how I want my cake to taste and my loyal clients know the difference.
SECOND -THE CREAM.
Premium cream cheese frosting blended with my own diplomat cream formula.
Not overwhelmingly sweet.
Not aggressively sour.
Just that cloud-like, smooth, creamy, perfectly balanced cream cheese flavor that makes you want another bite.
THIRD -THE FILLINGS
Inside this tiny cake are strawberry preserves with more fruit than syrup.
Because I don't believe in filling my cakes with cheap, overly sweet substitutes just to make the cake look full.
I use Fruit Preserves from le frank ph.
And if you know your ingredients, you know that quality has a price.
So the next time you ask me:
“Chef, magkano bento cake?”
Yes, I can make you one.
But don't expect ₱250 just because it's small.
Because you're not paying for the size.
You're paying for the ingredients.
The formulation.
The technique.
The experience.
The consistency.
And most importantly…the quality.
