Hi, it’s Adi.

Father’s Day is coming up, and if your dad is anything like ours, he’s probably the kind of person who says, “I don’t need anything.” 😅

So we made it easy.

We made tortilla pizza today using Dad's Artisan Longganisa 🫶🏻

Anya brought creativity.
Ariella brought chaos.
I brought patience. 😂

Somehow, we ended up with a pretty great pizza, and Dad approved. 🍕✅

Either we’re getting better at cooking, or Dad loves us too much.

Probably both. ❤️

Hi, it’s Adi again.

Today’s recipe was led by Chef Alejandro™️, who spent the entire video looking like he was being forced to clean his room 😐

Dad taught him all these fancy cooking techniques, and Alejandro confidently attempted every single one of them… just a little slower than the noodles could handle. 🥲

Result:

⏰ Slightly overcooked noodles
😐 Zero facial expressions from Chef Alejandro

I was the assistant chef, which mostly meant handing him things and providing emotional support while the noodles slowly gave up.

But somehow… it actually turned out really good.

Dad gave it a 10/10. ❤️

Was it because the dish was amazing?
Was it because we’re his children?
We’ll never know. 😂

Anyway, Chef Alejandro says he’s “proud of the result.”

That’s the highest level of excitement he’s capable of expressing.
