Every great plate begins long before it reaches the table—with early mornings, long hours, countless repetitions, quiet sacrifices, and a team that chooses to keep pushing even when no one is watching.
This journey to WOFEX Manila was more than simply joining a competition. It was about stepping outside our comfort zone, believing in our craft, and having the courage to see how far we could go.
We watched our chefs pour their heart into every detail—every cut, every technique, every plate. Precision became discipline. Pressure became determination. And every challenge became an opportunity to grow.
We could not be prouder of our culinary team. They carried with them not only their skills, but the passion of everyone who stands behind them and the pride of representing where we come from.
Because excellence should never be limited by where you begin.
From Ilocos to Manila, our chefs dared to dream bigger, compete stronger, and take our craft to the next stage.
This is only one chapter of our journey. There is still so much more to learn, more boundaries to break, and more dreams to pursue.
To our chefs and the entire team—thank you for choosing to go beyond. Thank you for believing. And thank you for showing us that great things can come from a small corner of the province when passion, dedication, and heart come together.
