RESHA CAFE SESSION: What’s Brewing? 🇮🇩☕

Today’s brew: Indonesia Kerinci from Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters.

A naturally processed coffee with notes of chocolate, grape, and dates. 🍫🍇🌴

For this brew, we used the Hario NEO + Switch with a little immersion before finishing with percolation.

Recipe:
☕ 15g coffee
💧 225g water
🌡️ 92°C
💦 86 ppm
⚙️ Mischief M40 — 51 clicks

A sweet and smooth cup with a nice fruity character as it cools. ✨
