What began as a decision to leave behind the fast-paced world of Manila banking and embrace a slower life in the North has become one of the community’s most loved food destinations. Through authenticity, consistency and flavors inspired by her travels around the world, Maya has built something that naturally draws people together.

Today, North Dirty Kitchen is not just a place to eat and view the surflines of the North from the top. It’s a place where locals, surfers, travelers and friends gather because the experience feels genuine.
