Qualifications:
- 18 years old and above
- Preferably with relevant experience
- Customer-service oriented
- Honest and responsible
- Can work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
- Flexible with shifting schedules
- Punctual and reliable
- Knowledgeable in using Google Sheets, Forms, etc.
- Can be contacted via messenger

Responsibilities:
- Assist and serve guests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow procedures
- Report issues, shortages, damages, or incidents immediately
