A little surprise from us — Café Noelle just opened a new branch in Clark!

For years, we’ve dreamt of bringing our homegrown restaurant to this beautiful part of Pampanga, and after 14 years, we can finally say that dream is now a reality.

From our very first branch in 2012 to our newest home in Clark, this journey has been made possible by everyone who has continued to support the brand.
