We wish to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused due to the current condition of our restaurant.

The dirt and mud you see are the result of severe flooding and a landslide caused by the onslaught of Typhoon Tino. Due to the unexpected intensity of the calamity, the surroundings of our establishment were heavily affected.

We sincerely apologize if the situation has caused you disappointment or discomfort. We assure you that this is not the quality of service and environment we want to provide you.

Currently, we are working relentlessly on cleaning and repair. We are taking immediate steps to restore our place to a normal and clean condition as quickly as possible.

We assure you that the safety and health of all our patrons and staff are a priority while the restoration is being carried out.

Thank you very much for your understanding and patience amidst this immense challenge. Your continued support is deeply appreciated by our entire team.

We hope to once again provide you with better and more delicious service as soon as possible.

Para sa aming Minamahal na mga Parokyano,

Nais po naming magpahayag ng aming taos-pusong paumanhin sa anumang abala mula pa nitong nakaraang araw dahil sa kalagayan ng aming restaurant.

Ang kalat at putik na inyong nakikita ay resulta po ng matinding pagbaha at landslide na dulot ng pananalasa ng Bagyong Tino. Dahil po sa hindi inaasahang lakas ng kalamidad, lubos na naapektuhan ang paligid ng aming establisyemento.
Lubos po kaming humihingi ng dispensa kung ang kalagayan ay naging sanhi ng inyong pagkadismaya o discomfort. Tinitiyak po namin na hindi ito ang kalidad ng serbisyo at kapaligiran na nais naming ibigay sa inyo.

Sa kasalukuyan, puspusan po ang aming paglilinis at pag-aayos. Gumagawa po kami ng agarang paraan upang maibalik sa normal at malinis na kalagayan ang aming lugar sa lalong madaling panahon.
Sinesiguro po namin na prayoridad ang kaligtasan at kalusugan ng lahat ng aming parokyano at kawani habang isinasagawa ang restoration.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong pag-unawa at pasensya sa gitna ng matinding hamon na ito. Ang inyong patuloy na suporta ay lubos na pinahahalagahan ng aming buong koponan.

Inaasahan po namin na makakapagbigay na muli kami ng mas maayos at masarap na serbisyo sa inyo sa lalong madaling panahon.

We have noticed instances of waste being left outside of designated receptacles. We want to remind everyone that all trash must be placed fully inside the proper bins or containers.
