I’m currently spending some time in Savannah, GA on River Street at Limani, helping out behind the scenes and enjoying incredible Greek & Mediterranean food.

Here’s something special: Limani’s owner was actually a partner in the legendary Olympia Cafe for over 3 decades—a Savannah staple with years of awards and memories before it closed. Being here surrounded by this level of passion keeps my heart firmly in the food industry.
A few months ago, I promised I’d bring back some of those special Prince of Persia memories... and I haven't forgotten. We’re cooking up some exciting things.

A Message to Our Loyal Friends.

It has been a few years since I was last in the country. Time has moved fast, and the world has changed in many ways since we last served you.

Yet, despite the distance and the time that has passed, my inbox continues to receive messages. "When are you coming back?" "When will you open again?"

To everyone who still remembers us, who still asks about us, and who still holds a space for us in their memories: Thank you. Your loyalty is the fuel that keeps this page—and our spirit—alive.

I have been speaking with my good friends and partners. We are looking at the future, and we are considering a return. Not just to come back, but to start stronger, better, and more refined than ever before.

In the coming days, I will be sharing some fond memories, images, and videos from our years of operation. Let’s relive those moments together while we see what faith has in store for our future.
