Since June, we’ve been bringing in a bunch of new matchas for you guys to try!

You guys loved π‘²π’‚π’”π’–π’Žπ’Š for its super nutty flavor, gave us such great feedback on π‘―π’Šπ’Œπ’‚π’“π’– during its quick one-week run, and enjoyed π‘«π’‚π’Šπ’π’Šπ’„π’‰π’Š which is the closest to Kasumi so far, with its similar cultivar profile.

And now, introducing: 𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑡𝑱𝑼! ✨

Shinju is part of our Premium Line (just like Hikaru), 1st harvest blend from Shizuoka & Kagoshima, featuring Okumidori + Saemidori cultivars. It boasts a deep green color, low bitterness, and a lovely floral scent β€” a little different from our previous powders, but one we’ve been really excited for you to try πŸ₯Ή
