Our very famous lumpiang ubod comes in 3 kinds.

*Frozen
*Fried
*Fresh

The Ubod (heart of palm), only the freshest of the fresh are bought. Our kitchen NEVER includes the "gritty/fibrous" part.
No. No. Just NO.

A hint of perfect natural sweetness from the ingredients used.
Lovingly prepared and cooked like how it was many many many (i mean many!) years ago.

Have it FROZEN- cook on your own convenience. (Our naturally fermented garlic vinegar included!)

FRIED- have us fry it to crisp golden perfection.

FRESH- with lettuce, wrapped in our signature thinner than crêpe lumpia wrapper. Served with our old fashioned- garlic brown sauce.

Many have been making their versions but our customers keep on coming back for ours. Why? Because it has always been QUALITY and TASTE. No shortcuts in any food we prepare. Still NO MSG. NO PRESERVATIVES.
