Latest addition to the dessert offerings of . "Palitaw con Laro"; "Biko Baguio" and "Ginger Biko"
Palitaw con Larro: Made from glutinous rice and "laro" sauce of the famous Isabela "binallay" generously poured on top.
Biko Baguio: High-grade glutinous rice cooked in pure coconut milk, with "ube halaya" and sweetness provided by "panutsa". Finished to look more enticing with peanut brittle from Baguio.
Ginger Biko: A semi-sweet treat with a
small amount of ginger juice. Finished with roasted coconut chutney on top.
These happy, healthy and festive trio treats joined the bountiful grazing table that celebrated the 75th birthday of Mama Fhe Farrel Abao at the Atencio-Libunao Hall last 13 October 2024.
