We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Ice Cream Scooper to join our growing team and bring smiles to every customer! 💕
📍 ASSIGNMENT:
Sabang/ Puerto Princesa (depending on deployment)
🎯 JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Scoop and serve ice cream with proper portioning
•Assist customers with flavor selection (upselling is encouraged 👀)
•Maintain cleanliness of cart and work area
•Handle cones, cups, toppings, and basic preparation
•Monitor ice cream quality and condition
•Ensure a smooth, fun, and engaging customer experience
•Prepare Daily Sales and Inventory Reports
💼 QUALIFICATIONS:
•At least Senior High School / College Level (HRM students encouraged!)
•Friendly, approachable, and presentable
▪︎Responsible and punctual (non-negotiable 😌)
▪︎Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
▪︎Can handle pressure during peak hours
▪︎Honest and trustworthy
▪︎Neat and Clean
•With pleasing personality
•With Health Card
🎓 TRAINING REQUIREMENT:
•Must be willing to undergo paid training (with training allowance)
•Training period: up to 7 days (may be shorter depending on performance and adaptability)
•Includes product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and operations
•Only applicants who successfully pass training will be endorsed for deployment
💰 COMPENSATION:
Basic Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
🎯 Quota Incentive System:
Minimum target: 100 cones/day
150 cones → +₱100 bonus/day
200 cones → +₱250 bonus/day
👉 The more you sell, the more you earn.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTES:
•Must follow proper handling of equipment (freezer, cart, etc.)
•Cleanliness & hygiene is a top priority
•Phone use is limited during duty hours
•Subject to availability (ideal for students seeking extra income)
