A little update from Tenant's Porch. ❤️

Starting Wednesday, July 22, 2026, we'll be making some changes to how we operate.

From this point on, all of our menu items will be available by pre-order only, with one exception—our sourdough. Fresh sourdough will still be available for pickup at Highstreet Deli in White Beach (near 7-Eleven).

This wasn't an easy decision. The reality is that keeping the shop open every day is no longer sustainable with our current operating costs. We'd much rather spend our time baking food that's already spoken for than watch it sit on the shelf hoping someone walks in.

To everyone who has supported us over the two years—whether you dropped by once or became a regular—thank you. Your visits, kind words, and empty pizza boxes have meant more to us than you know.

We're not saying goodbye. We're simply baking a little differently.

We hope you'll continue to pre-order our pizzas, cookies, and other bakes, and we'll keep making them with the same care as always. ❤️

“Attention everyone…” — probably what Nata is trying to say before the yawn took over. 😹

We’ll be taking a short break and will be CLOSED until June 3. But don’t worry, our breads will still be available at High Street Deli in White Beach for your sourdough fix while we’re away.

See you again soon. Nata will continue supervising operations upon return (mostly by sleeping).

From dough to sauce to the final assembly—this pizza takes time, patience, and a whole lot of flour on the hands. 🍕

It’s tedious sometimes, honestly. But there’s something satisfying about making food from scratch and watching every part come together exactly the way we want it. No shortcuts. No mystery. No “secret ingredient” hidden behind a curtain.

We’re literally showing you the process. You can absolutely make your own at home after watching this.

Or… you can save yourself the cleanup and let us make it for you instead.

Slicing sourdough is a two-knife operation around here.

The smaller knife with bigger teeth goes first. Better control, better crust pe*******on, and honestly necessary when the crust decides it wants to fight back. Then the longer knife with finer teeth takes over to glide through the soft interior without squishing all that hard-earned crumb structure.

A little dramatic? Maybe.
But sourdough deserves respect. 🍞
