When a good friend asked if I could make sugar gumpaste Stargazer lilies as a cake topper, I honestly wasn't sure if I could pull it off. But curiosity got the better of me, and I had the audacity to say, "Yes!" 😅
It was my very first time making them, and I couldn't resist the challenge because they're just so beautiful on a cake. Petal by petal, I learned, experimented, and watched these blooms come to life. 🌸
They're still far from the work of a professional sugar flower artist, but I'm incredibly proud of this first attempt. Every new skill starts with the courage to try, and this is one creative journey I'm excited to continue. 🥰
