Hello Belly Boo family,
Ten years ago, I stood in a small kitchen with nothing but a dream, a recipe, and a lot of courage.
I didn’t start Belly Boo to become big. I started it because I wanted to serve something real. Food that reminds you of home. Food that makes people say, "Taste this, you’ll thank me later."
I’m the founder, yes. But I’m also the one who marinated at 2AM. The one who panicked when the gas ran out before an event. The one who personally packed your orders, prayed over them, and hoped they made your table happier.
There were years we celebrated. There were years we survived. We’ve seen empty calendars, expensive markets, and days when I questioned everything. It was not easy. We went through the pandemic. We faced rising pork prices, gas, electricity. But God, and you our loyal Customers, kept us going.
To every customer who became family, You didn’t just buy lechon belly. You believed in a small, homemade business when you had other options. You chose us for your birthdays, your first salary celebrations, your Thanksgiving parties, etc... And for that, I am forever grateful.
To my Belly Boo Family, You are the reason every piece is crispy, every slice is juicy, and every order leaves on time. Your hands, your hustle, your heart that’s Belly Boo.
Ten years is not just a number. It’s proof that when you cook with integrity, people will come back.
So here’s my promise for the next decade. We will not get comfortable. We will not cut corners. We will keep showing up early, cooking slow, and serving you like you’re at my own dining table.
Because Belly Boo is not just a brand. It’s a promise. A promise that good food, made with good people, will always have a place at the table.
From my kitchen to your home, THANK YOU SO MUCH for 10 beautiful years. Let’s make the next 10 even more delicious. ❤️ Cheers! 🥂
With all my heart,
Chef Reen
