02/04/2026
March 30, 2026 was the first company bonding for the business I started three years ago. For the longest time, this was the only kind of break I knew, because everything was about surviving and working every day relentlessly. I have cried many times and went through moments of feeling really low.
That day, we went bowling, shared a feast at Cibo, and talked about life in Dunkin. It made everything even more meaningful for me because 15 years ago, I used to work in Eastwood City. I would go around the area as part of my job, quietly dreaming of building my own company and thinking about how I would take care of my team.
Now I look at where we are, from just the three of us, me and my two brothers, to me and Mitch, and now a growing team. I feel nothing but gratitude. I gave my time, money, and health to build this, and it has not been easy.
We treat our team with quality and respect. We give them time to rest, and we take care of each other. Work harder, play harder. I promised myself that if I ever built something of my own, I would build it with a good culture, and I will continue to stand by that promise.
Thank you Lord. 🥹
