There’s a difference between habits you fall into and rituals you choose. A Wednesday afternoon at Tazza started as the former for most of our regulars — a convenient stop, a quick break. But somewhere along the way it became the latter: a standing appointment with themselves.

A non-negotiable pause in the week’s most relentless stretch. The midpoint where they check in, and recalibrate. Some people have meditation. Some have a run. Some have Tazza Wednesday. Whatever keeps you anchored is worth protecting.
