Cafe de Hiraya is looking for a passionate, hardworking, and customer-oriented BARISTA to join our team! 🤎
QUALIFICATIONS:
• With barista experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates / beginners with willingness to learn are welcome
• Knowledge in espresso, milk steaming, and basic coffee preparation is an advantage
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Can work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends & holidays
• Neat, presentable, and positive attitude
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
☕ Prepare coffee and other beverages according to Cafe de Hiraya standards
🧋 Maintain consistency and quality of drinks
🧼 Keep the bar and equipment clean and organized
📦 Assist with inventory and restocking
💳 Handle POS/cash transactions when needed
❤️ Provide friendly and excellent customer service
👥 Work collaboratively with the whole team
