Share lang nako ni kay lamian ko sa resulta. 😅

Nag try kog pork BBQ na medyo lahi gamay—with a twist ni. Nindot siya, tam-is gamay pero balanced, laysyo man ug lasa.

For 1kg pork:

Marinade:
- 2 cups soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar / muscovado
- 1 tbsp mirin
- Juice sa 15 or more ka calamansi
- 8 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ tbsp tikka masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- gamay kaayo na cinnamon (pinch lang)

I-mix tanan, then marinate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

Pag-ihaw:
Medium heat lang, balik-balika para di masunog.
Sa last, brush gamay soy sauce + mirin para shiny ug medyo sticky.

Dili siya muragusual BBQ. Naay something na di nimo ma explain dayon. Basta… lamian ko. 😄
Try nalang ninyo ug bet haha.
