Competitions beans are now available for grabs! This is the same coffee used by the brewers during the 1st and 2nd rounds of the MCC Monthly Brewing Competition – Panabo Leg.

The roaster who also judged the competition selected the best cup on the table and included his personal brew recipe on the bag for you to try. Thank you, Sir James!

Disclaimer: We roasted this coffee specifically for brewing competitions, so it’s a bit more sensitive. It can easily be over- or under-extracted if you’re not careful.
