I don’t know how much this will mean to anyone else, but it means a lot to me.
Always remember that you have free will—the freedom to choose yourself, to do what you need, without guilt or explanations. You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to rest.
If you’ve been tired all week because of work, responsibilities, and showing up every single day, and you feel like you need just one day for yourself—to watch movies, read a book, or simply stay in bed and do nothing—that is completely okay. And you deserve it too.
I work six days a week. I wake up early to prepare before heading to work, repeating the same routine week after week. It’s exhausting and draining. And on my day off, I usually spend it doing laundry, cleaning, fixing the bed—trying to prepare everything before the week starts again.
But today is different.
Today, I don’t feel like doing anything—and I’ve decided to listen to that feeling. The chores can wait. They will still be there tomorrow.
Today, I choose to rest without guilt, because I deserve it. And so do you. 🌼
