Our Story. ❤️

Kaligan is a Filipino word (Tagalog) meaning Tahanan or a place for comfort.
Kaligan began with something simple: a love for good burgers and a dream to build something of our own.

We started in our home with just three people operating the business.

Through hard work, passion, and the support of our family, friends, and customers, our burgers became known and loved by many.

After a year, that small home-based business flourished into a full-blown restaurant.
As Kaligan grew, so did our menu.

We slowly incorporated dishes that are familiar to Jhas growing up - comforting flavors, Filipino favorites, and meals that bring back memories of home.

Today, Kaligan continues to grow, but our heart remains the same: to serve delicious food, create meaningful experiences, and make everyone feel at home.
