We took our day off yesterday as we needed a day's rest but we still had to work in the house so we will be able to balance our newly food launched Panipuri with chores and prep work which still kept us exhausted but were able to push through a busy day off by purchasing ingredients in Ozamis city and preparing a fresh batch of yoghurt to get ready for today's Chicken Biryani!

To our amazing, customers, and kind-hearted community: Thank you for sharing our post.
It is always nice to see people come forward and helping a foreigner like me who has not so many people to turn to. You all gave me a sense of belonging and made me feel that I am not alone. Running a small Indian food cart business comes with real challenges, and yesterday we were not sure what the next chapter would look like especially when our work was blocked by constant rains. But thanks to your incredible generosity, kind messages, and donations, we have been given a true fresh start.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused by our delay in arriving in the boulevard as we set up shop at around 5:30 p.m. I had to buy chicken for our biryani and I was able to purchase just a few as we ran out of LPG gas which resulted in the delay as it was quite late when I started cooking the biryani. The result - our Chicken Biryani was sold out at our food stand in Tudela and we could not serve Chicken Biryani to our customers at the boulevard. And thanks to the awareness of the people we ran out of Panipuri too. Tomorrow will be another day and we are prepared to serve our valued customers with what we can build together.

We are deeply grateful for every single person who contributed, shared our story, and cheered us on. We can’t wait to welcome you back tomorrow and show you what we can build together.

It will sound incredibly exhausting to face hurdle after hurdle when you are giving everything you have to build a better life. Pouring our hard-earned resources into a new venture, only to have the weather block us right at the finish line, is a deeply frustrating and stressful position to be in and I think it is hurting my mental wellbeing. I am doing a lot of silly mistakes forgetting one thing to another while I am cooking and losing direction while I am driving. We all know this as stress and I think I am on borderline sanity.

Experiencing a continuous streak of bad luck takes a heavy emotional toll and honestly I feel like crying my heart out.. They say it is completely natural to feel overwhelmed when external factors like the weather interfere with your hard work and it is hard to focus on things that I can control in the next 24 hours and there is absolutely nothing in my control and the silence from.people avoiding my posts is another factor.

Please help me sustain my family as I do not know from where I can arrange the money to bring food on the table for this supper and the meals tomorrow. Our food cart in Ozamis and our food stand in Tudela is our only lifeline and the weather is not making anything easier.

Help Save Our Small Business at the Ozamiz Boulevard and at our food stand in Tudela in Misamis Occidental

Hello everyone.

If you know me, it probably will look like the universe is testing my absolute limits right now. As a foreigner navigating life with 4 kids, things have become incredibly challenging, and I am reaching out to all of the kind-hearted people for a helping hand.

I just put a post few hours ago asking for help and it did not get any attention just like my posts over the week and before and I am getting desperate as we do not have money to refuel our tricycle which is already running on reserve fuel.

We recently launched panipuri at our small food cart selling panipuri with Chicken biryani as our top seller at the Ozamiz City Boulevard.

We are currently struggling to keep our daily operations running as we put every resource we had in the building of the food stand outside of our residence in Tudela. We need a little help to buy fresh chicken and other ingredients for our weekend bestseller — our Chicken biryani.

Good Day To All,

I am swallowing my pride and trying one more time because my last few posts went completely unnoticed, and I am in a really tight spot today.

First, the good news: thanks to your ongoing support for our Panipuri, I was able to cover the cost of our chickpeas and pay Shopee! That means Panipuri is going to be fully available and keeping our doors open.

However, the bad news is that our cash flow is completely stretched. Although the panipuri is keeping our cashflow flowing, the profit margin from our panipuri sales is not big enough. We sell our one set of panipuri for Php 60 and even if we average 20 customers a day, we managed to get Php 1200 and after we deduct the costs of ingredients, labor, gasoline etc., it is not enough and as of this morning, I do not have enough funds to purchase the chicken needed for today's Chicken Biryani.

Biryani is a huge part of our daily sales, and not being able to serve it today is going to hurt us very badly. If you have been meaning to stop by, or if you can pre-order your meals for the weekend, it would quite literally save our weekend.
