in italy, shakerato started as a simple café ritual. espresso shaken with ice until cold, silky, and lightly frothy. quick to make, but never rushed to drink. strong, refreshing, meant to be enjoyed slowly.
at high peak, we love drinks with character. bold, balanced, crafted with intention. so we took that classic and made it our own.
our cheesecake shakerato keeps the strong espresso base, shaken the traditional way, then finished with a creamy cheesecake note that’s smooth and slightly sweet. coffee with depth, but also comfort.
