Hi guys! The Backyard is turning 8 years this year. Those 8 years, I would say is the best 8 years of our life. I remember building and starting its operations last 2017 with the help of my two children. We conceptualize the idea with so much hope that it will receive a great response from all of you. We remember our humble beginnings, starting with the basics then from there, we gradually expand and improve. It's not an easy journey, there were ups and downs as most businesses do. However, your warm welcome and positive response helped us to where we are now. Many other venues started after the pandemic. But we take pride of what we can humbly offer in our own unique way. Our hearts are filled with gratitude to all of you for sticking with us against all odds. We will not be able to come this far without your love and support. We were overwhelmed with your response. We have many "sukis"so to speak who never gets tired of supporting us. With so much love and grateful heart, WE THANK YOU!!! Some customers become very dear to us like a family. Thank you for the unwavering support all through these years. My heart is heavy as I see the many messages I still received daily, inquiring for events of all sorts up to the present. But as the saying goes, "The only permanent thing in life is CHANGE." It is with deep regret that The Backyard is now SIGNING OFF!
The family decided to stay abroad, so we are forced to come up with such a decision.
Our last major event took place last Jan 19 and thank you so much Mam Harley, our very last guest for allowing us to end on a high note. Thank you so much for the compliments...we were so touched. Those kind words reassured us that we have done such a great job. 🥰🥰🥰 We are deeply honored that we are able to pull it off with flying colors even up to our very last event.
It is with heavy heart that we are saying goodbye to all our guests, I actually lost count of how many parties were held here. From weddings, to birthdays, to Christenings, to proposals, to anniversaries, to farewell parties, to bridal showers, to graduation celebrations....so many events and memories.... and to our Boho guests who left so many notes at the Boho Room's desks and wall, Your appreciation of our service and place and the memories treasured here will always stay in our hearts forever. Your positive reviews and your kind words keep us going and became our inspiration to strive better. You know, we are very pleased whenever you say, "we've enjoyed the place, we will recommend this to our friends". Such a music to our ears as we lie down feeling very tired after every event.
We felt successful and loved for the past 8 years because of you.
