SCAMMER ALERT: FAKE SUPPLIER

Please beware of this person targeting local cafes and laundry shops here in Naga City.
Our cafe was recently targeted, and we lost a decent amount of money. We want to warn the community so nobody else falls victim to this.

He visits shops offering to sell packaging items like cups, take out and garbage bags. He acts like he personally knows the owner to gain the staff's trust.

He fools you by writing fake totals on a receipt, overcharging by up to 4x the actual amount. He pressures you to pay upfront before delivering the items, then runs away with the cash.

Please brief your team immediately. Implement a strict rule that no cash payments to walk in suppliers before the items are actually delivered.

Hopefully, the authorities catch this person soon.
